Buy With Confidence

We are proud to have been approved by West Sussex County Council Trading Standards as a " Buy With Confidence " member. This scheme applies a strict criteria to ensure that its members deliver the highest quality of excellence to their customers.

The Trading Standards website describes the scheme as follows :
" The Buy with Confidence scheme is an initiative by the Trading Standards Service in West Sussex, in conjunction with other services in the South East to help businesses comply with the law, while improving consumer protection through a partnership approach. "

The Buy With Confidence website also provides the following explanation:
"It will be open to any business with premises within the area covered by West Sussex County Council providing they meet the criteria.

The aim of the Buy with Confidence scheme is to help consumers to avoid rip-offs and cowboys by providing a list of reputable local businesses, in a wide range of different trades. Member companies have been independently checked by staff from the local authority Trading Standards Service against the Scheme rules.

The scheme is run by Trading Standards departments in a number of County and Local Authorities.

Members of the scheme are committed to providing a quality service to their customers and complying with both the letter and the spirit of the law. "
