Doesn't all double glazing save energy?

The Window Energy Rating scheme has been put in place to help make choosing windows easier. It's a similar system that is applied to washing machines, fridges, freezers and light bulbs and so on. Basically if a window is rated C or above it may apply to be part of the "Energy Saving Recommended" scheme. Windows containing Pilkington energiKare™ are all rated C or above.
